not downloading a cummulative update

my download of the anniversary update is complete but I'm unable to install it because my pc is also trying to download Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3192441). I'm stuck at 97%, and it hasn't budged.

if you can, disconnect your internet and go to recovery and roll back to a previous restore point.

Hi Great advise from abhishek singh21! If that doesn't work, you might try resetting your windows updates. My hero and idol (Shawn Brink) has made a bat file that makes that very easy to do. Here's the link. Make sure to back up the registry before running this fix! I ran it once and it fixed my update issue. If it helps, please post back so I can keep recommending it!
