Outlook calendar and contacts not syncing

I make this a separate subject to my question of installing the Win 10 anniversary update to be it doesn't get lost...

It was necessary to do a fresh reinstall inorder to get the anniversary update. Most of you know rebuilding your system is a time consuming process.

I am trying to re-establish my Outlook 2013 calendar and contact sync with Outlook.com. I have setup my outlook.com account. What is clear is the new changes to the calendar do not sync. Please tell me what I missed?

Hi friend! I'm not a outlook fan! I'm happy that you got you anniversary upgrade solved. Here's all I could find about your sync issue. It's quite long, but maybe this link will give you some clues for your issues. Maybe other members will have more suggestions!
