Billing information gone wrong?

I have a PayPal account plug into my Microsoft account. Today I've bought some apps on the WP Store and gave that account for billing information. Now I have two, exactly the same PayPal accounts listed when I check my payment options. Is this normal?

No that shouldn't have happen, I would go onto your Microsoft account and check your payment then delete one of the duplicate.
