Can anyone point me in the direction of a utility app which gives you a break down of how much space is on your drive and which apps/folders are hogging the most space?

SlimCleaner from Slimware Utilities has a disk analyzer as part of their disk utilities and shows you each file and how much space it takes. Looks like what you're looking for
