IE11 Microsoft account always logged in...

Hello

I recently started using IE11 again and noticed something a little annoying. My homepage being Bing, I noticed that my Microsoft account is always logged in.

Searching for how to disable this, I uncheck "Integrated Windows authentication" in IE11's options, restarted my computer but that didn't change anything. I log out from Bing and when I open IE again I'm logged in.

How can I disable this completely?

It's an Windows 8 feature rather. All Windows 8 apps, including IE, can get default authentication as the Windows Account you logged in currently on the desktop. This saves you the trouble to re-authenticate repeatedly in each app.

So, if you log into your current windows account using a Microsoft Account, all apps get that authentication by default. If you don't like that, create a local account to log into your PC.
