Tethering app for WP7??

Is anyone aware of how to tether from a wp7 focus except for the diagnosis setting? Just got a message from Death Star that they are changing the data plan on one of the lines of my family plan to the 4Gig plan because of tethering. ATT told me that there are hundreds of apps out there that can be used to allow tethering. I may have missed that post but I am not aware of any for WP7 at this time. Anyone else know if any?? What a frigging rip off. Worst part was the rep wouldn't even listen to me. She had no clue. Time to start looking at someone different.

Not on a Titan at this time. Developer unlocked Samsungs can tether for free.
Or an international TITAN might be able to rather for free, but anything At&t branded is going to charge the extra $20/month.

The focus has the tethering turned off via the diagnostic option and set for Zune sync. I just anything to figure out the "hundreds of apps that allow tethering on the WP7 are available" exactly are!!
