Password field hidden while trying to unlock phone by tapping on unread notifications on Lumia 1320

Well, the title is pretty self explanatory, but then again I'll explain it all a bit here.

Suppose your phone is password locked. You get a new mail. You swipe down the notification centre and tap on the new mail notification. Now, the password input pops up from the bottom. You can see the keys clearly, but the part where it shows the circles as you type in the password, well, that part gets hidden.

This does not affect the functionality, but gets a bit frustrating if you cannot enter the correct password in one go.

Am I the only one with this issue? If others have this issue, then, is MS aware of it? It has been there since I got 8.1.

I am on a Lumia 1320 with the WP8.1 with the newest update.

And here is another example. You can see the password entry field there. But when the total keypad slides up along with the "emergency call" button, the top gets hidden!

I don't get that on my 1520. If I unlock my phone from a notification in the action center, I can see the password blobs as I type.

From the notifications that appear in the notifications/action centre. Not the notifications banners...

Dunno what is causing it on my 1320.

No problem on my Ativ S, shows 'enter your password' and then replaces this text with the circles.

I works perfectly as long as I do not pull down the action center and tap something on it that needs unlocking the phone. Can you please share your action center and lock screen settings. I have no idea what is causing this. I have had this issue since the beginning and FYI, I did a reset before installing 8.1. So, yeah, fresh install and it was there since then!
