Lumia 822 internet sharing issue fixed (from Dominican Republic)

I finally after looking a several way to solution it, found a way to fix it. This was the way (sorry for my English)

I downloaded point access app and created a duplicate apn, I changed to the copy and changed to the original I restart the phone and after that went to cellular and deleted the apn settings and let it empty, after do that the internet sharing just work fine!
