I'm getting an error while installing Windows Phone SDK

i'm getting an error call "Windows Phone 8.0 Emulation Images The pipe is being closed"
How can i fix this problems please help me.See this screenshot ,:unhappy:

*sigh* go find a "wrench". It should be on the manufactures website. Download it and run "wrench.exe", then run the program. A pop-up should come up and ask you if you want to open up the pipe. Click "yes".

Thank you for the information.But still i didn't find any thing "Wrench" i dont have idea about that.So can you please give a link to it?

Actually, since you're just now downloading it (I'm assuming for gdr3), you might not be familiar with wrenches. My bad. This link might be more user friendly for non-devs.
