Budget app for both Windows Phone and Windows 8

Im looking for a budget app that has cloud storage AND a windows 8 app so that I can view/edit my transactions on both the phone and the PC. Does anyone know of such app? (I currently use moBudget for my phone)

I was looking for one today to replace Quicken on the desktop, which just seems to get worse and worse with each iteration. I would like a good desktop app with a mobile solution.

just found homemoney...trying it out...but would be $2/month so not sure

upon continuing to looking further Finance helper might do it...stored in your skydrive so more secure and both a WP and W8 app.
