Favorites Manager lets you organize your Internet Explorer favorites by grouping them in folders. Favorites are stored on SkyDrive so you can access them from multiple devices. Using the SkyDrive desktop client you can even synchronize and access your Windows desktop favorites from your Windows Phone.

Accessing Your Desktop IE Favorites:

Follow these instructions to access your Desktop IE Favorites using SkyDrive and synchronize any updates.

1. Install the SkyDrive client on your PC. Microsoft SkyDrive - Microsoft Windows
2. Create a folder in SkyDrive to hold your Favorites shortcuts. Redirect your IE Favorites folder location to that SkyDrive folder. Redirect a folder to a new location
3. From Favorites Manager navigate to the folder you created in SkyDrive. Set that folder as the favorites root folder from the application bar.

Favorites Manager is free (ad supported) and works on both WP7 and WP8 devices.
