PIP (Peripherals In Phone) was recently updated to look more like the PIP-Boy screen in Fallout 4. A leveling mode was also added which turns your phone or tablet into a bubble level and gives a rough estimate of the angle the device is resting at...

PIP (Peripherals In Phone) is a UWP app to help you traverse the wastelands, using a compass, while you're avoiding the fallout. Now also includes an angle finder / bubble level and your screen can be used as a light if your device isn't a native windows 10 mobile device with an available LED lamp.

Update 2.1.26.0 was just released. It fixes a reported issue with devices running Windows 10 build 10586.

PIP version 2.2.1.0 should be live today in the windows 10 app store!
It adds a map view alongside the existing compass, bubble-level, and flashlight views. And, for devices on the Creators Update, and those in supported regions*, the maps are themed to what they might look like if you were using a PIP Boy in the real world.

* Map customization features are supported for regions where Windows 10 Map Control performs vector rendering, which includes all markets except for China, Japan and South Korea.
