Our social networks are filled with hundreds and thousands of contacts. We keep collecting contacts and hardly maintain these relationships.

Remember The Name lets you playfully learn and remember who you know. Play through any social network like Facebook, LinkedIn or XING and remember and reconnect with your important contacts.

Remember The Name was funded by AppCampus and released at the beginning of June 2013. It implements a freemium business model in which you either invite other people to play or pay to get unlimited usage.

So does this app go through your facebook contacts for the pictures and quiz? If so, what if you have facebook contacts filtered on your phone?

Thanks for the comment. Yes, this was a big debate whether to read contacts from the Contacts API or connect directly to the social networks. We decided for a direct integration since the Contacts API doesn't support pictures for all LinkedIn contacts and doesn't support the German Social Network XING. We also support the app as a web app at Remember The Name - Know who you know.. This way we could reuse the backend.
