How does WP stack up against iOS and Android as an OS (so apart from the app gap)

Nah, wish I was. Freezing more often than usual, notifications are more miss than hit, weird page rendering. I anticipate a fix soon, Apple usually does.

I loved Apple when they were the underdog. Now not so much, in case you couldn't tell.
Now I'm rooting for another underdog. 😉

One thing that's as bad in iOS as it is in WP: many apps don't support landscape view. Although at least Waze on iOS does support it.

Win for WP10: I could stop my phone alarm in the other room using my PC without getting up. :)

Win for iOS: force touch works on home screen icons, whereas on WP long-press on tiles starts the 'customize layout' mode. Example benefit: you can access a short list of recent documents by force touching the Word app icon.
