Envy x2 (ARM) recovery

I just spent the last two days with MS support trying to recover/reinstall Windows 10 on my Envy x2. Nothing has worked thus far. Since this is a Snapdragon based PC do the usual intel based PC methods apply. Was on latest RS5 build when I tried to reset it via settings>update & security>recovery>reset this pc and I created the installation usb on my other PC also on RS5 build. Any ideas?

Figured it out, had to get the HP Recovery Software from HP support to create a bootable USB drive with the original OS version number that shipped with the Envy x2. No other option works to recover/reset your Snapdragon based Envy x2.
