Why does the "related" apps list in WP store suck so bad?

Does anyone know why is the Windows Phone 8 store list of "related" apps so terrible? Most of the time, they are not even close to being related to the app your looking at. It makes it hard to find other apps. Have your ever reached out to Microsoft about this? Example, the new OneMusic app has Facebook listed first in the related section via the store.

I love Windows Phone and I'm not leaving, but wondering.

I'm sure they have some complex algorithm set up that takes in effect of popularity, app tags, title, developer, and possibly services. Sometimes the algorithm might account for one thing more than another and can throw your results off quite a bit. Other than that theirs no real answer.

I can't imagine anybody can really give a good answer. In my experience the related apps page hasn't been too bad to me.
