Need a Windows Phone (Any brand) that meets these specs!

Hi, I've been a lurker here for a bit now, and decided to ask a question.

I need a Windows 8 (or 8.1) phone that has at least 1GB ram. While my Lumia 520 is fine, it has only 500MB ram (or in that margin) and I want to run some better WP games that will not run on mine.

My needs:

1. NO CONTRACT
2. Any carrier, doesn't matter
3. Brand Name
4. 1GB Ram
5. Under $200

I'm sure you could find a 920 for under US $200 - they're pretty solid phones too

I live in the USA.

Carrier does not matter, as I said.

It also has micro SD cards expansion and a removable battery.

Only con I can think of is the physical design is very un-Lumia.

Also have Lumia 822 since it came out almost two years ago and it has been rock solid. I was drawn to those round corners actually.

The Nokia Lumia 82x, 92x, Samsung ATIV S Neo, HTC 8X will fit that bill.

Samsung ATIV S Neo, unlocked (ATT model) can be had refurb for ~$130 on eBay. Also comes in a Sprint model.

The 810 (T-Mo, no updates after Amber), 820 (ATT), 822 (VZW) are fine options.
The 920 can be had if you look enough. 925, not as likely, 928, don't know.
HTC 8X I respectable.
