So here's the deal. I like to read or go to sites of other countries. But sometimes they block the US. No problem because I normally just use a proxy of that country to bypass it. Well I try it my WP8 (Lumia 1520). By clicking edit on my wifi and selecting proxy and then adding necessary information. And it only seems to work if I have my data on. Which I have off at the moment because I'm close to my plans limit. So when data is off, my WiFi proxy won't work. Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions?
