Help me URGENT! Lumia 820 screen not working.

So i put my phone aside for a couple of hours. When i left my screen was perfectly fine except i noticed that my screen was flickering a bit. When i came back my screen wont start. The phone is on, i can see the glance. But when i try to unlock the phone it shows the screen for a millisecond and then goes black. I own a Lumia 820 thats a year old. Please help me!

Try recovery ou a several softreset. :/

You can always take the battery off but I guess you ash already tried that... As a last option it is to reinstall the rom and see what happens...

The phone is working. I can feel the vibration of the messages. Its just the screen that isn't working. Should i still try reinstalling the rom?

You can try the Nokia software utility. It will erase everything so backup what you can before proceeding. If that doesn't fix it then the screen is messed.

I'm pretty sure its the screen. I will try using recovery lets see what happens.

If no screen after recovery you might want to check the connection between board and LCD. If still not working then get a new LCD on eBay or AliExpress.

It flickers when i try to start it. Does it mean the connection between the board and the lcd is proper?

Might be good to check it out. Did you drop the phone at all?

Sometimes the connectors can be loose inside the phone for some reason, but then again some phones have adhesive tape on them just so they can't get loose.... I never opened a Lumia 820 before so I can't say if they tapped the LCD connector or not.
