My Lumia 1320 with Windows Phone 8.1 Developer Preview is having an issue when listening to music through Bluetooth. I've tried it on various bluetooth devices and all have the same issue. The music breaks in between sounding as if the signal is lost in between, as soon as I turn on Wifi. It works perfectly when Wifi is OFF with carrier data connection ON. It happens randomly when I turn on Wifi. In the span of 10 minutes, this happens 3 to 4 times and sometimes continuously. If anyone is facing this issue and has a solution, please help.

That's odd, I can't help, but I can advise that you do a soft reset as a first troubleshooting action. (does not erase anything)
