I have updated my Lumia 625 to WP8.1 months ago using Developer Preview. At the time the posts were assuring us that there will no be difference once official update is pushed by network providers, O2 in my case.
What I understood was that Cyan Developer Preview will upgrade phone to 8.1 version and network provider update will update some network specific settings.
O2 has pushed their Cyan update in UK and are refusing to update Lumias that had been updated to 8.1 using Developers Preview, but only the phones with original 8.o firmware.
Does anyone know of a workaround for this situation please.
