Will I get Cortana should I get the Cyan update or do I have to change regions settings to US again?

I don't remember reading anything about this but will I get Cortana should I get the Cyan update or do I change region settings again as I did on dev preview. If anyone outside the US who has Cyan can confirm they still can use Cortana just by changing region settings I will gladly update to Cyan. Otherwise I would stick with the dev preview.

Cortana is only available in the US right now, but you can change your phone region to the US to activate it whether you're on Cyan or DP.
