phone storage and video problems

I have Nokia Lumia 521 recently I dropped my phone and the screen got a crack it worked fine for a couple of days. Later when I was on YouTube watching a video the phone kept saying opening rapidly and doesn't work even when I waited no its not WiFi problems I made sure of that. Also my phone says storage is full when its not. I know this might be because of cracked screen but I just wanted to make sure if it wa thanks.

To be honest the screen will give you a lot of hassle. Its best to buy another one as it the same almost on getting it repaired. I was charged ?40 for a screen replacement. Same day I went to Carphone warehouse and they was selling it new for ?50 !!!
