hello everyone if anyone can help me please this problem is driving me crazy.
so my phone was working perfectly with windows i could transfer file with no problems,
now when i connect my phone through USB Cablle it get the Phone Storage but i access it only shows the folders and all of them are empty or not accesible,
things i have tried:
Tried enabling USB Debuggin on phone
made sure to select File transfer on drop down menu on phone's notification panel.
Uninstalling and reinstalling USB and phone drivers from device manager,
installing the latest "USB driver from manufacturer website,
any help would be appreciated thanks
