Custom Windows 8.1 Start Screen Image

Is there anyway to have a custom start screen image in Windows 8.1 that is different to the image that is being used for the desktop? Because I like the geometry based images ( such as this... Students can buy the Surface Pro 3 for as little as $650 | Windows Phone Central ) but don't want to change my desktop image.

Not by default I would think.

But considering this is Windows, there's probably a way. I'd try consulting your search engine of choice, since I never thought about that before and thus don't know.
