I'm sure plenty of ppl are, but it may not be related to your issue. Can you please provide more info such as when did the specific issue start, make, model, os build, carrier?

I've had an issue since I did a soft reset after 8.1 Dev Preview.

Wiped all the branding & carrier-specific bits.

I'm on Sprint, Ativ S Neo. I've yet to get a tech at Sprint (a tech, not just sales) know what the MMS SPN settings need to be to function correctly.
But am I surprised? I mean .. it IS Sprint..

Still, hard to believe that when a tech needs to figure something out, he turns to the internet, not some internal escalation/hardware support group.. :eck:

When you say you "Wiped all the branding & carrier-specific bits." Do you think that you may have deleted something related to your carrier that specifically affects carrier functions (mms, etc.)? Do you still have access to the sms/mms settings?
