OneDrive Files Being Randomly Sent to Recycling Bin

We discovered that over the last few days our computers have been sending files shared via OneDrive to the recycling bin. There are four people on my team, and on my computer alone there are thousands of files that were sent to the recycling bin.

Is anyone having similar issues?

I've seen threads about similar issues in the past and articles about similar issues going back to 2013, but I couldn't find any more recent instances. The articles I found also failed to offer an fixes.

Not having similar issues but it seems this has been a long standing thing and like you said, no 100% resolution. https://forums.windowscentral.com/t...moving-files-to-recycle-bin-by-itself.374097/. There's even Reddit posts from this December with people stating its still an issue.
