Windows Phone 8.1 so slow

Hi;
Updated from win 8 to win 8.1 3 months back using the developer version.
But from past few weeks i am facing an issue with mos tof the apps.
Phone has been so slow. Even camera is taking long time to save photos.
Have deleted all the temp files even the same issue.

Most likely need a soft reset. I have had dev preview on my phone since the beginning and now have the gdr1 update and my phone is still smooth and fast (its only a 920). Your experience doesn't sound normal.aybe a stuck process taking up processor. If it keeps doing it after a soft reset try a hard reset.

The update slowed my 1020 too. Transitions lags and going from camera to gallery (Nokia cam) takes about ten seconds.. Going to try hard reset someday.

Going to official Cyan fixed everything.
