Can't Get Cortana to Create a New Contract

I've sat here for nearly an hour, the last ten minutes of which were spent actually arguing with her about why she wanted my dead mothers name.

Am I doing something incorrectly as far a syntax goes? I started with the obvious, "save phone number in contacts" and variations (create new contact) and I admit in the end I might have been calling her names. HELP PLEASE with this most elementary of tasks!

Hmmmm....... a contract, huh? As in, the godfather put out a contract on him? Right? AKA, "paper."

This is very suspicious since your mother IS deceased. Hmmmmmmmmm.
