Not showing the cyan update

In nokia webiste its shown as update is available for lumia 620 in india. But, when I check it through Phone Update in settings, it shows my phone is up to date. I am currently running lumia black. Could anybody suggest a way to update my windows phone to cyan update. Thanks and Regards

No.. I'm not running the developer preview. I'm running lumia black
