Hi All,
I am using the phone for past 10 months and updated my lumia 720 to cyan from black 2 weeks back with windows 8.1 update. After 3-4 days the capacitive touch buttons start to work automatically and only way to stop it is lock the phone. It only happens at random point and dont know how to bring it up again.
I walked into Nokia Care twice where the phone worked without any hitch and I tried as much as I can to bring it up in front of them, but I couldn't. They ran the full test in system and said the phone is alright and I can continue using it.
But as soon as I reached home it started again and went next time, again phone was behaving properly and they gave it back. Today it started in the morning itself. Any idea what triggers it and how to bring it up to show Nokia Care.
