How to mute Balance check tone in Windows phone 8.1 ?

I'm using
Lumia 720 phone from India, after updating to 8.1, I cannot mute the Balance check tone i.e tone and vibration occurs while checking data balance.
And also I cannot restore files that I uploaded to One drive during Upgradation of WP 8.1..~~

Please help me to solve this Issues..!! Thanks in advance...!!
