Lumia 925 or Lumia 830?

I've been using L520 ever since it got released here and I love WP8.1 experience. However I'm fairly skeptical about the SD400 in L830, and I don't game on a phone, I have a high-end PC and PS4 for that. So, since L925 costs the same as L830 when it gets released here (India), I'm having a hard time choosing between these two.

My concerns are:
1. Battery life of L925.
2. Performance of L830 in things like multitasking, opening of apps, etc. (Not gaming)
3. Camera.

Going through the same dilemma, own a Lumia 720 right now. I want to upgrade to 830 or 925 and my only concern is the camera.

I used to own the L520 and the L925...both excellent but I did love the L925. I am also wondering whether I should go for the 1020, 830 or the 930 or 925!! The camera on the 925 is amazing, but I would like to see a touch more detail, so am tempted by the other Lumias. 10MP would be enough for my needs, and I think the Snapdragon 400 processor, being quadcore - should be better at multitasking than the L925 (Possibly just as quick as the 925 given more modern processor?)... also the 830 is lighter than the 930 by some margin. For me I would get the 830 over the 925, but if, like the UK, the cost of the 1020 has dropped into 830 category... I am wondering whether to go for that instead!

The only downside to the 830 is the limited processor, but since your two choices are the 830 or the 925 it's kind of a moot point because neither of them will have the processing power to run things like 'Hey Cortana' and some of the camera upgrades. I have the 925 and would consider the 830 a lateral move, but if I were you and coming from the 520 I would choose the 830. It will be a huge step up for you and you will get a better camera.
