Nukia 920 W 8.1 hug up on double tap

I downloaded and installed w 8.1 yesterday. I was checking out the new features in setting and now I can't use the phone. Cause I have to double tap ever command and app and even texting to activate. Can not scowl in windows screen anywhere. So now I cant get back to the setting to change back to what it was before this.
Please help as it is hung up with narrators repeating double tap to activate.

Soft Reset.... press Power and Volume Down key same time for about 10 sec. Once Vibrates, it will restart phone.
