Can i copy my bus card ( NFC ) to my phone and use my Lumia 920 ( NFC ) insted ???

I have a bus card wich uses NDEF tenchonlogy. Can i use my phone Lumia 920 insted of the card to use the bus??
I allsow have another card that i use in my job to get Lunch, can i use my phone allsow????
Wich app can provide me this option ???
