Why is my Lumia 530 not showing apps installed on sd card after restart?

Recently bought Nokia Lumia 530 8.1
Memory card- san disk sd hc
Apps downloaded from store onto sd card not working only displaying names no icons after restart....plz help

Did you install apps? You can't just download from the store.
Did you reset the phone or just power it off?

I mean to say that apps installed from store were saved in memory card......they worked fine but when i shut down my phone and turn on again apps on sd card weren't opening only displaying names and had no icons.....
