i have lumia 1020 (Os' 8). how did update wp 8.1 using usb cable and computer without wifi

i have lumia 1020 . i want update my phone os wp 8.1. but i have not a WiFi network. then have did i update my phone using personal computer and ADSl network line and USB cable.
nokia belle update via usb cable. and i want update my windows phone like that

The only update available via USB is through Nokia Software Recovery Tool. The main issue doing it this way is that it erases your phone. If you're happy to do it that way here is the link - FAQ - How can I recover/reset/restore my phone software? - Microsoft - USA

Be sure to read everything before using the software. The download is quite large.

WP is not Symbian and unfortunately they set the phone up to for the western markets over the emerging economy markets.
