Social media scheduling

I'm all in moving to Windows phone (Lumia 1020) and Surface Pro 3. The single biggest thing I'm missing is my ability to use an app for social media scheduling. Any advice? I was using Buffer and HootSuite on iOS.

I've always used the online version of HootSuite. It may suit your needs.
