Why is my Lumia 928 having troubles with calls and text messages?

Update causes issues with 928 calls and texts.

Since I dig need up for the developer update program my Lumia 928 has been acting up and not receiving calls on a consistent basis. Texting seems to be hit and miss as well. Sometimes I have to power cycle my phone to leave Wi-Fi connection, too. I don't, it will start in Wi-Fi and not connect to my service provider. Also, apps serum to take longer to load now. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Use Nokia Software Recovery Tool on your computer and revert.
