How to change default "steps" logo on the screen with the time

I noticed that on the initial screen with the time some people have calories burned logo and others have distance. The default seems to be the steps logo. How do I change that?

If you're referring to the Microsoft Band, then launch Microsoft Health in the phone to which you paired your Band. You will find customization options under the settings in the app.
