Why aren't my vibration and ringtones working for calls after the update?

Lumia 520 Ringtone and Vibration Does not working After update

Hey Everyone.
I had update my lumia 520 4 day's ago . and i found Ringtone and vibration Does not working for incoming calls so . i had format my phone . and i did reset factory setting and no thing happened . so i don't know what is wrong . tell me what i got to do ??

Go to Settings > ringtones+sounds and check whether you have Vibrate turned on and a ringtone of your choice set.
If yes, press either volume up/down button on the side of your phone. Then click the small downward arrow on the top right. Then check whether your ringer volume is NOT set at zero.
