There is no " Access Point " in settings after update to cyan on 1520

I am missing Access point on my Lumia 1520 after upgrading cyan , under settings there is no Access point and with cellular+sim same thing, how can i make changes or edit please help me....

It's under cellular+sim>Sim settings.

MS and Carriers decided it is no longer relevent with 8.1 update. You can still download it if you want by using a link to the Store or by help of an app as: SysApp Pusher | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (Philippines)

As I have already mentioned earlier it was made irrelivant and is no longer availble. As you insert SIM there will a push notification that give you list of APN settings available for the Carrier.
Either MS or Carriers wouldn't want you to manually edit/mess with the settings and come back to them if things won't work.

It doesn't say Access Point, it gives you access to internet apn, mms apn.
