why is my speaker and earpiece not working on my nokia lumia 928 ?
the phone is brand new, i used the speaker jack to connect to my stereo and it worked fine. After unplugging it, the speaker on the phone is not working for music,phone ring, voice mail, etc. but does make sound for alerts, texts. also earpiece not working (i cant hear anyone if they call) everything does work if i use the speaker jack. its as if its not switching back after unplugging from the jack. help !!
