Not Getting New Preview Builds On my PC In Technical preview

After Refreshing my PC i am not getting new preview builds in Windows Technical Preview. Can I install technical preview again on my PC which is already running Technical Preview?

Did you make the registry change to see new builds and have the option to change release channels?
