All my hotmail e-mails are stored in my computer (I can read them w/o an internet connection); Now I lost my contact list. I've since replaced the list with a previous one I had backedup, but it's outdated. Can anyone tell me WHERE my old hotmail contacts are stored in my computer? (I have a recent back up so I can get it from there!) -

    Thank you!

Tks guys! But none of the answers are ok.
I can access outlook.com - I can access my contacts, etc.
As I said - my contacts disappeared from everywhere.
Since I had them all backed up in my HD[/U] (unfortunately no so updated) I was able to upload them back into outloo.com, drive, etc. My question is: I have a more recent back up in my HD for my hotmail account. ...user>AppData>local>microsoft - this back up might contain my old address book. Where is it exactly on this backup in my HD? (The regular AppData or Outlook.com will show the unreliable addressbook).
    Thank you.

I had them (almost all) backed up in .csv files - unfortunately no totally updated - but I wish I knew where the addressbook of hotmail is stored IN MY HD - not on clouds. I might be able to get them back b/c I have a backed up copy of my " user>AppData>local>microsoft "
    Thank you.

There is no backup on your HDD unless you're using an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird. Webmail doesn't back up contracts locally.
