Standalone GPS on a phone

Does any Nokia phone (or other brands?) have a sat-nav system which does not require an internet or phone connection to work, ie one which works like a standalone TomTom or similar in-car GPS device?

Copilot is a great app. Download the maps you need to the phone and then you can shut off the Wifi and data and you will be good to go. I do that on a Nokia that I use on my Goldwing just for GPS/MAP. Saves the good phone.

Lumia phones have HERE drive standard installed. It is free. Download the map you want and than you can navigate without internet connection.
