My Nokia Lumia 928 will not connect to my corporate secure wifi.

I had someone else try logging in with their credentials and it didn't work so it doesn't appear to be credential related. I've seen this issue posted in several locations with no strong answer. The network team said that they've seen the issue with laptops and they just go in an manually add the network and then they receive a prompt to accept the certificate but manually adding the network didn't work either.

First a message appears saying to Reenter your user name and password. The second attempt prompts error Connection Unsuccessful. Your phone couldn't reach the Wi-Fi network. I tried adding domain detail etc. Nothing works.

I would guess they would have to use a third party cert with a trusted chain. I haven't tried adding my 928 to any secure networks, so I don't know how it handles the cert.

Secondly, as a security IT professional, your phone would never be allowed on my secure network, you would have to use the public.
