Why did my login screen change?

My login recently changed from swiping up on the splash screen to requiring me to hold the windows button and the power button at the same time to access the login screen. How do I change this back?

Have you recently install Cisco Anywhere?

A couple of suggestions for you: Suddenly I need to press windows button and power button to log in - Microsoft Community

Thanks for the link, unfortunately, like the user in linked post, the check box in NETPLWIZ will not allow me to uncheck the box. I found another post of yours which also suggests that a VPN client may be the issue. I am using Juniper Networks Network Connect. The issue did not arise with this installation though, as I have been running this system for about a month before the issue arose. Working without a VPN client is not an option and I don't get to choose the client.
