Why is my Lumia 720 main camera is giving blur pics?

my lumia 720 main camera is giving blur pics

When I capture pic from main camera image is not clear as it was before,it appears to be little blur and whitish.....

check out the lens. either scratched or got dust on it.

check out what scene is selected. sometimes it happens if close up/macro is selected and if you trying to capture infinite distant objects. In your case I'm not sure what exactly causing the problem.
