What kind of system-wide zoom options are available in the technical preview?

I haven't installed the technical preview myself, so I'm hoping that someone will be able to answer my question for me. I have a Dell Venue 8 Pro, but my only real complain with it is that everything is just too small. Windows 8.1 supposedly has the ability to zoom everything to 140% on modern apps, but this doesn't work on the Venue 8 Pro as it's screen is apparently of too low a resolution. The desktop, however, can be set to use almost any zoom level through the "Make text and other items larger or smaller" option in the control panel. My question is: What kind of system-wide zoom options are available on a tablet with this size screen in the technical preview?
